If your kitchen plans are ready you can send them via fax or email and we will have one of our experienced staff prepare a quotation for you within 3 working days. If the quote is urgent please let us know and we will push you to the top of the pile. We will give you a fixed price in writing and with diagrams so you know exactly how much your kitchen will cost and you are not hit with any "hidden extras" later on. If you don't currently have a kitchen plan please call or email us and we will explain just how easy it is to get a quotation. Don't worry if you have not chosen a granite colour, as the quotation we prepare for you will include our full range of generic colours (in both 20mm and 40mm edge detail).

Please feel free to come and walk around our 1000m2 showroom in Bayswater, where we have our granite slabs on display as well as a large range of complimentary products. Our qualified staff will spend time with you to assist you to choose a granite or marble colour that is exactly what you are looking for. However, if our generic range doesn't satisfy, we can purchase slabs from the many local wholesale stone suppliers in Perth so that we can find precisely what you are looking for.

Your quotation from The Stone Super Store is valid for a period of 30 days. To proceed with a quotation we require a 50% deposit to secure the stone and fix the price (for a period of 12 months). On acceptance of our quotation we will provide you with literature about natural stone, stone care, relevant customer and cabinet maker checklists as well as other information to help you liaise with your builder, cabinetmaker, electrician, plumber and any other trades required. This will ensure that your job runs smoothly and on time..

Templates are required to cut your granite benchtops. These are usually made of 3mm MDF board, and are an exact copy of the stone benchtop that is to be fitted. Templates are one of the most important parts of the benchtop process, as they mimic the granite top and must be exact in specifications. Once the granite is cut it cannot be altered, so it is very important the the templates are precise. We recommend that you use our "in house" templating service. This is a one off fee of $275 and includes one site visit to check or manufacture templates. One of our trained staff will visit your home and make an exact template of your kitchen benchtops. By using our service we guarantee that the stone will fit. If there are any discrepancies this will be our problem at our expense....not yours. Having our staff manufacture templates is the most cost effective way of ensuring that you will not have any problems later on down the line..

Another option is for your cabinetmaker or builder to produce these templates, often at a rate of between $400-$800 with no guarantee that the stone will fit. Cabinet makers are not qualified stonemasons and sometimes this can cause problems. We advise getting one of our trained staff to check templates that have been produced by others. Just think of it as an insurance policy.......for $275 we will visit site to check the templates which then guarantees that the stone tops will fit! If templates are not checked by us we will cut to the template that has been provided. However we will not be liable if the tops don't fit. Just try getting your money back from your builder or cabinetmaker if the tops are wrong.....it is always near impossible..

Once the templates have been picked up or manufactured we will start manufacturing your benchtops, working tirelessly to have your kitchen completed and installed within an approximate 2 weeks timeframe (if specified). Please note that installation of an average size kitchen will take one working day. It is not neccecary to be present for the entire installation, however on completion of the installation we ask that you are present to indicate that your are satisfied with the job that has been completed.
