We are writing to complement your business after the recent kitchen bench top (granite) installation in our home.

Even from the time of our initial visit, where office manager Linda was extremely helpful and guided us through all the choices available and the necessary requirements for fitting bench tops. She advised us of the likely time frame, and as it turns out, the time frame was exact. In all our dealings with other businesses during the course of our renovations, we have never met another business that is able to deliver on time, compared to Granite By Design.

Jenny was able to handle our quote over the telephone and was prompt and accurate in her quote detail.

During the installation process, we had Cooper come out to our house to measure the templates, and subsequently fit the granite bench tops, after they were cut. It was our pleasure to have Cooper in our home, as he was courteous and very professional in the whole installation process.
